- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 cups beef brisket sliced or shredded
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
- Preheat Broiler: Set the broiler to 500°F to get it ready for melting the cheese on the sandwich buns.
- Heat Brisket: Warm the beef brisket in a pan over medium heat or microwave it until it's hot throughout.
- Toast Buns with Cheese: Place the tops of the hamburger buns upside down on a baking sheet. Place a slice of provolone cheese on each bun top, then place under the broiler for about 2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven carefully.
