- 2 shots espresso

- 1/4 cup whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, add the almond milk, espresso shots, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and sugar.
- Heat the Mixture: Place the saucepan on medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer. Once simmering, reduce the heat to low and stir regularly to prevent scorching for 2 minutes.
- Remove from Heat: After simmering for 2 minutes on low, remove the saucepan from the heat to avoid overheating.
- Serve: Pour the gingerbread latte into two cups. Optionally, top each serving with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
Notes
- If you don’t have an espresso machine or coffee maker, use instant coffee by combining 1/4 cup boiling water with 2 teaspoons of instant or decaf coffee, and reduce the milk to 1 3/4 cups.
- For an iced gingerbread latte, pour the prepared latte over ice before serving.
