- 4 packets ramen noodles, discard flavor packet
- 4 cups tomato sauce, divided
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat and prepare dish: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8x8 inch casserole dish with baking spray and place it onto a baking tray, then set aside.
- Prepare ramen noodles: Take each square of ramen noodles and break the noodles in half through the middle for layering.
- Assemble first layer: Place one layer of broken ramen noodles on the bottom of the casserole dish. Spread 2 cups of tomato sauce evenly over the noodles. Sprinkle 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese over the sauce, then top with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Assemble second layer: Repeat by adding the second layer of broken ramen noodles on top. Spread the remaining 2 cups of tomato sauce over this layer, followed by the remaining 1 cup parmesan cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the lasagna: Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is fully melted and slightly golden.
