- Arrange for Baking: Line one or two baking sheets with tin foil or parchment paper. Spread the coated sweet potatoes out in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Bake Sweet Potatoes: Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the sweet potatoes for 30 minutes, or until they are crisp on the outside and tender inside, adjusting time depending on the thickness.
- Toast Marshmallows: While the fries are baking, line a cake pan with tin foil and arrange the marshmallows in a single layer. Place the pan in the oven alongside the fries and bake for about 5 minutes or until the marshmallows puff up and start to toast.
- Make the Dip: Add the toasted marshmallows and heavy cream to a blender. Scrape off any sticky residue from the pan to include. Blend until smooth, adding more cream if necessary to reach a dip-like consistency.
